Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information this website does and does not collect. It applies to sosragroup.com and www.sosragroup.com.

Who we are

This website is published by The SOSRA Group (“SOSRA”, “we”, “us”). It presents SOSRA Consulting, SOSRA Defense and SOSRA Capital, which is in development. The Group is the trade name used on this site; no separate legal entity is created by the name alone.

What this website collects

This website does not collect personal information from you directly. It has no user accounts, no contact or inquiry form, no email newsletter sign-up, no comment features and no payment features.

The search box on the SOSRA Intelligence search page works inside your browser against a list of articles delivered with the page. What you type is not sent to us or to anyone else.

Cookies, analytics and third-party scripts

We do not set cookies on this website. We do not use analytics, advertising or social-media tracking, session recording, embedded videos or maps, or third-party scripts. Fonts and images are served from our own site.

If we add any of these in the future, we will update this policy before they are turned on.

Hosting and server logs

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. When you visit, Vercel processes technical request information, such as your IP address, the page requested, your browser type and the time, to deliver the site and keep it secure. We do not add tracking to that process. Vercel’s own privacy notice describes how it handles this information.

Booking a meeting

Buttons on this site that say “Schedule an Introduction” or similar open a Microsoft Bookings page for The SOSRA Group, SOSRA Consulting or SOSRA Defense. When you follow one you leave this website. Microsoft collects and processes what you enter there under Microsoft’s privacy terms. We receive the booking details you provide so that we can schedule and hold the meeting you asked for.

Please do not put classified information, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), export-controlled technical data, passwords or other sensitive information in a booking request.

Email

If you email info@sosragroup.com, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to send, and we use it to respond to you. Please do not send sensitive information by email.

Links to LinkedIn, government sources and other websites take you to services we do not control. Their own policies apply once you follow a link.

Children

This website is written for business and government readers and is not directed at children.

Your choices

If you have emailed us or booked a meeting and want to know what we hold, or want it corrected or deleted, write to info@sosragroup.com. Depending on where you live, the law may give you additional rights.
