Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

We aim for WCAG 2.1 Level AA across sosragroup.com and www.sosragroup.com. We have not yet had an independent accessibility audit, so we do not claim full conformance.

How we have tested

We ran these checks on every page of the version of the site that went live:

• Automated testing with the axe-core engine against the WCAG 2.x A and AA rule sets, at a desktop width and a phone width. No violations were reported on the launch version.
• Keyboard testing of the main navigation and company menus: menus open with Enter or Space, Escape closes them, and the visible focus indicator stays on screen.
• Layout checks on desktop, tablet and phone widths down to 320 pixels, confirming that pages reflow without sideways scrolling.
• A “Skip to content” link, one main heading per page, labeled controls, and respect for the reduced-motion setting on animated graphics.

Known limitations

We have not tested with screen readers or other assistive technology on real devices. Automated and keyboard checks do not find every barrier.

Some wide tables scroll sideways on narrow screens; they can be reached and scrolled by keyboard.

Meeting scheduling happens on Microsoft Bookings pages and some linked articles are government documents, including PDFs. We do not control those pages and they may not meet the same standard.
